Welcome to Lantern Kids.

Lantern Kids began the way many good things do, with a parent looking for something they could not find. We were searching for books for our young daughter: stories that would feel beautiful in her hands, characters who would feel like family, and a sense of the sacred that would gently shape her imagination. We found pockets of wonderful work, but not enough, and very little of it is accessible here in Australia.

So we made our own. Lantern Kids is our imprint for children from infancy to early adolescence: stories, learning resources, and beautifully illustrated volumes that introduce young readers to the lives of the Prophet (ṣ) and the Ahl al-Bayt (ʿa), the moral imagination of our tradition, and the simple joy of a well-told tale.

Our books are made with care:
